Are the Original Family Plaques & Limited Edition Plaques made of wood?
Our Original Family Plaques & Limited Edition Plaques are made from Medium Density Fiberboard, or MDF. MDF is a composite wood product made out of wood fibers that are glued together with resin, heat, and pressure. MDF is appropriate for our plaques because it is smooth, uniform, and won't warp.

Can I use my Original Family Plaque/Limited Edition Plaque outside?
Original Family Plaques & Limited Edition Plaques are designed for indoor use, hanging in living rooms, foyers, sun rooms, etc. We don’t guarantee or suggest outdoor use. However, if you decide you want to place your plaque outside, we strongly suggest doing so in a covered area where your plaque is safe from the elements (i.e: rain, snow, etc.).

Do I need a certain application to use the Plaque Builder?
To properly view and use the Plaque Builder feature, you need to have Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer.
Do you paint the text on the Original Family Plaques & Limited Edition Plaques?
No, it is not paint. To ensure the quality and consistency of the lettering, we use ORACAL™ vinyl on all our plaques. By using vinyl and its superior application systems, we can offer our Plaque Builder feature and guarantee that the lettering you see while building your plaque will be exactly the same as what you see on your physical plaque.

No, we do not store credit card information. In addition, we do not make your or your gift recipients' information available to third parties
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping is calculated by UPS and is based on the weight of your package and the Ship To zip code.
How big is an Original Family Plaque?
Our Original Family Plaque, which you create within our Plaque Builder, measures 24" wide x 10" high by ¾" thick.
How can I track the status of my order?
We use UPS for all our shipping. When we ship your plaque, you will receive an email from QuantumView that includes a link to track your package.
Please allow 10 days from order placement before contacting us to check on the status of your order. Many times orders have shipped but customers overlooked their email notification or the email was blocked by Anti-Spam software.
