If you are not 100% satisfied with your Original Family Plaque, you are welcome to return it within 60 (sixty) days of receipt for exchange or refund of purchase price. The customer is responsible for paying shipping fees to return the item for exchange or refund. Family Plaques & More will provide ground shipping for the new item chosen for exchange. Family Plaques & More will replace a plaque, at no charge, only when Family Plaques & More is at fault for an error on the plaque. All other corrections/additions will be the responsibility of the customer.

Family Plaques & More will replace all defective parts of its Home and Garden items. Family Plaques & More will remake personalized items, at no charge, only when Family Plaques & More is at fault. All other corrections will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you wish to return your item, please use our Contact Form for a Return Authorization Code (RAC). Items returned without an authorization will not be processed. We recommend insuring the return package against loss or damage. Family Plaques & More will not replace or refund an item that was not returned or that was damaged during return transit.
