Return Policy

Indoor Plaques:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your indoor plaque, you are welcome to return it within 60 (sixty) days of receipt for exchange or refund of purchase price. The customer is responsible for paying shipping fees to return the item for exchange or refund. The Family Plaque will provide ground shipping for the new item chosen for exchange. Family Plaque will replace a plaque, at no charge, only when Family Plaque is at fault for an error on the plaque. All other corrections/additions will be the responsibility of the customer.


Home & Garden Items:

Family Plaque will replace all defective parts of its Home and Garden items. Family Plaque will remake personalized items, at no charge, only when Family Plaque is at fault. All other corrections will be the responsibility of the customer.


Return Procedure:

If you wish to return your item, please use our Contact Form for a Return Authorization Code (RAC). Items returned without an authorization will not be processed. We recommend insuring the return package against loss or damage. The Family Plaque will not replace or refund an item that was not returned or that was damaged during return transit.
